Shipping Policy

Dispatch

All of our products are held in stock and are available for 1-3 day despatch. However, if a product is temporarily out of stock (due to a stock error or damage) we will let you know as soon as possible. Orders placed on a Public holiday are despatched within the next 1-3 days.

In busier periods such as Christmas time and during site wide promotions, it may take our team slightly longer to despatch your order. We work through orders in date order, oldest to newest. If you require expedited shipping please contact before ordering so this can be arranged.

Method

The method used to send your order will remain the same cost no matter your order size.

Sometimes we do find that your order may encounter a very slight delay with the courier in your country, if your order is delayed by the courier, we cannot be held liable for this delay and will not refund orders still in transit or marked as delivered, however please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you find out why your parcel has taken longer to be delivered than usual.

Please note: If after your order has been dispatched your address is incorrect, If you fail to contact us before the order is despatched then we cannot take responsibility for failure to deliver.

Multiple Parcels

Depending on the items that you order, we may have to split your order into multiple parcels. Therefore, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Costs and Additional Fees

The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on both the delivery location and the parcel weight. We subsidise shipping costs and cap them at a discounted rate for Domestic and International parcels. This cost can not be discounted further and will remain one single charge no matter the amount of items you purchase or their varying weight.

Customs Fees

Overseas deliveries can be subject to Customs fees, Tariff charges and duties. These are beyond our control. They vary from country to country and delivery to delivery depending on the goods ordered and your country of residence. Any extra taxes or duty costs associated with your International purchase will not be our responsibility. We urge you to investigate your countries import taxes before purchasing so you are not left with. bil once your tiny treasures arrive.

Timeframe

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive with you when expected, we would ask you to check your tracking details sent with your order confirmation. Contact your local postage carrier. Lodge an enquire online with your local carrier or contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with your tracking details. International shipping is expected within 9-40 business days. Domestic shipping you can expect within 2-9 days. Once your package has been lodged the transit time is wholey the responsibility of the shipping service.
