If you are not completely satisfied with any item of your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact via email and provide details. Before a refund is initiated we may be able to assist in another way.

If an item is damaged, incorrectly supplied or you simply want to return an item, please inform us by e-mail within 7 days of arrival. The items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be made using the same method used to pay for your order within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition. If you choose to return an item to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit and we reserve the right to refuse refund of any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked delivery service.
Return postage to be covered by buyer. Return postage will not be refunded.
If returns are damaged, used or have been tampered with we reserve the right to refuse refund. No returns will be accepted for purchased item that have been damaged intently, soiled or after 14 days of purchase.
